Attukal Soup :

Most of the people don’t like attukakl.But Atukkal soup is very good for bones.It will give the calcium to the body and increase the try this south indian style attukal soup.

Ingeredients :

Attukal    - 4

Ginger     –  Samll Piece

Garlic       –  10 piceces

Cumin Seeds  - 2 tsp

Pepper      - 2 tsp

Onion         – 1

curry masal powder   – 1/2 tsp

tomato         – 1/2

turmeric powder  - 1/2 tsp

salt   –  1/2 tsp

Oil    - 4 tsp

Steps to prepare Atukal Soup in South indian Style :

Step 1 : Grind the Ginger,Garlic,Cumin seeds,Pepper,Onion,Curry Masal Powder,tomato in a nice manner.

Step 2 : Put cooker in the stove and add 4 tsp with the grinded paste

Step 3 :Add Turmeric powder in the cooker and fry for 2 minutes

Step 4 : Then Add attukal,salt and water in the cooker and boil it

Step 5 : Wait for upto 10 whistle in the cooker and then serve the hot atukkal soup to everybody
